Full Service Upgrade - $50.00
A basic stand-alone MLS listing is great for getting exposure for your property, but what happens when you get an offer? For a $50 non-refundable retainer fee, we can assist you in the negotiation process, obtain title insurance, communicate effectively with the other parties, prepare documents and agreements and have your side of the transaction ready for a successful settlement. Additional 0.5% due at closing (min $1200). This option also provides for your listing being shown as a "Full Service" listing, as opposed to an "Entry Only" listing in MLS's which differentiate between the different types.

Showing Service - $75.00
Put your best, most professional foot forward by utilizing our 3rd party answering service. They'll set all the showings for you with just a lockbox code. Don't worry, though. They verify Realtors are legitimate (to the best of their ability). At $75 for the duration of your lisitng, it's the best $75 you've ever spent! Sign Frame - Heavy Duty - $20.00
This 3/8" Round Rod Sign Frame is black powder coated and is very sturdy. Works well with our signs, either the standard or the upgrade. Works well with flyer boxes also! While you're more than welcome to order our frame, our best suggestion is to go to your local hardware store and purchase a frame - usually sold at the national retailer hardware stores for around $20 and you won't have to pay shipping or wait for it to arrive!
