Re-List, Re-Type Fee - $275.00
Re-Listing in the Local REALTOR® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for 6 months Realtor.Com, AOL, Wall Street Journal, MSN, and more. This fee is charged after your listing has been "Withdrawn, Expired, Cancelled, or removed from the MLS from the broker.
