Contract Assistance & Negotiation - REColorado Service Areas

Colorado is a minimum service state! A few years ago, many brokers from around the country ceased offering this type of listing in Colorado due to the real estate commission's new position statements. Minimum service listings are LEGAL but there are "minimum services" that must be performed which means brokers can no longer just put your property in MLS. Assistance through to closing is mandatory, therefore payment for the extra effort is necessary.  BDCO will meet or beat any other listing service pricing - as long as an apples-to-apples comparison is made.

 

Compensation to Buyer Brokers/Agents is offered in the form of a commission at closing. We encourage you to offer as much as you are comfortable offering but to save even more money and to cover the listing broker fee, you can offer .05% less and the Buyer's Broker/Agent will still get a fair commission.

Lockbox

A lockbox is needed for allowing Buyer Brokers entry to your home on a scheduled basis. We'd love to see you get one at your nearest big box hardware store when you pick up a heavy sign frame (we do not sell the frames because we are all about saving you money and the shipping costs as much as a new pair of shoes!), but if you would rather purchase one from us, please do so by clicking below.
