We know the flat fee listing industry well and have asked all the right questions to find the right brokers and agents to assist in saving you as much money as possible. Plus, with Broker Direct, you have access to your local broker AND our on-staff broker. (Brokers may not answer legal questions.)

• You'll be referred to a broker from within the Broker Direct network who will:

  • Input property into your local MLS for a period of 45 days

    • Listing will be "everywhere" on the world wide web

  • Ship a sign to the property

  • Assist with closing paperwork, if necessary and required by state law (add'l fee may apply)

  • Provide showing service capabilities or allow you to set your own showings

• You're responsible for:

  • taking photos unless a photographer is hired

  • pricing home, though agent may provide a CMA upon request

  • placing sign in your yard, lockbox on front door & flyer box on sign

  • keeping home clean and in show-ready condition

  • paying the buyer broker (if there is one) an agreed upon commission (typically 2.8%)

  • paying 0.5% fee for transaction consultation leading up to a successful closing.

  • completing a survey once you've completed your contract with the broker/agent
