I'm always amazed at the size of homes these days. And, I'm so intrigued by the popularity of tiny houses. I'd have a tiny home and probably thrive in it. Imagine LESS stuff. LESS to clean, LESS to maintain, LESS headache. Put it on about 5 acres & 350 days a year of 75 degree weather and I'm a very happy camper, though it's not camping, by any stretch! Complete with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room and plenty of strategically engineered storage, you're all set for living comfortably, just you and your significant other and your very big dog. Hopefully, your significant other is okay with tiny living, too.

So, what happens if you live in a tiny house commune? In some traditional communities, neighbors compete for the best and biggest, most technologically adept and most extravagant amenities. But, do the inhabitants of a tiny house commune compete for the best and biggest also? Or, as minimalists, do they compete for the least and littlest? It's an interesting point to ponder, as sometimes less IS more and maybe in this scenario, little is BIG!

I'm excited for the tiny house trend. Especially when they can be used for housing for veterans and homeless people. Would you live in a tiny house?

Here's a great website on tiny housing for veterans:

WARNING: Chrome, Gmail, Android - these are my peeps.

Admittedly, I'm an app junkie, which means I download too many apps on my ultra large phone (lovingly referred to as a PHABlet), computer and tablet. This app-osis causes issues in productivity. Before my most recent AHA app discoveries, my computer was slower than molasses in Antarctica and my inbox was about to commit email anarchy. Challenging and unproductive!! But, HOPE springs eternal in my little world ~ some smart-app had these same issues, took the bull by the horns and created an APP FOR THAT. Now, I can "snooze" both my tabs and emails until a future date and they will re-appear on the specified day/time, which means my inbox is clean! My browser is tidy!

If Chrome is your browser of choice, go to the Chrome Store and search "snooze". There are several different apps for both tab and email procrastinators. I use the free TabSnooze for snoozin' my tabs. They also have a website with more information than you probably need, since it is quite user-efficient. (I'm tired of the term user-friendly. It's not like I can take the app out to lunch.) I also use Streak's cool gadget very "app"tly called SNOOZE at I have been using Snooze for email for quite a while and use it hourly. It's that cool. And FREE. Everybody loves FREE.

A friend of mine showed me he can do something similar by clicking on an email in OUTLOOK and dragging it to a future date on his Outlook calendar. This doesn't tidy up your inbox, but you could archive the email and then retrieve it manually from your archive folder.

Sometimes, anecdotes used in articles like this are goofy, but I'm going to throw all caution to the wind and use Streak's anecdote with a twist and say "If you Snooze, you WIN!" Time for a nap!

Schaunon has been selling real estate services to Coloradans for almost 20 years. Her love of saving people money on the sale or purchase of their property has brought her back to this industry niche. Savings could be significant ~ how about saving enough to buy your teen their first car? I don't know about you, but $15,000 is a lot of money, and I don't fancy throwing that money away when there's a viable alternative.

What do you have to lose? It's very much the same as a traditional MLS listing with a traditional broker~ Schaunon will do everything a traditional broker does except physically go to the house and to closing. BUT, you'll feel like you've been well-prepared because you'll preview the closing statement and docs with Schaunon prior to closing. And, she'll be available by phone during that all-important settlement hour ~ just for you.

Call Schaunon today or tell your next door neighbor, best friend or even your worst enemy how they can save money on the sale of their home. Heck, Schaunon even provides a free homeowner's warranty for a buy-side full service transaction. And, she knows her stuff. You'll be pleased and your neighbors and friends will thank you for the referral. You might even patch up that issue with your worst enemy, they'll be so grateful.

"Thanks for reading my blog. I hope you'll allow me the opportunity to present my offerings to you. And, if you refer someone to me, I'll take extra special care of them because I know how important your reputation is! So is mine!" ~ Schaunon
